Welcome to the National Vocation Summit Website!
Our Mission
Inspired by the charism of Regnum Christi to equip and send out apostles, the National Vocation Summit gathers Christian leaders with a heart for vocations and a desire to help the next generation become vocation apostles. Rooted in the holy Eucharist and working effectively in teams, the Summit communicates to the younger members of the Church this message: God has a plan for you, and we want to help you discover it!
The National Vocation Summit seeks to build a true vocation culture in any Christ-centered community in the Church, building leadership teams of committed vocation apostles. We aspire that all participants leave with a greater dependence on the Lord of the Harvest (Lk 10:2), a renewed love for the Church, zeal for our common mission, and an ever deeper hope in Christ and his grace for our lives.

The National Vocation Summit brings together people from across the country who care deeply about helping others discover God's call. Whether you serve in a parish, school, diocese, religious community, or ministry, you'll have the opportunity to learn from one another, share ideas, and build relationships that continue long after the Summit ends.
Take Home Ideas You Can Put into Practice
Every session is designed to be practical and encouraging. You'll hear from experienced speakers, participate in discussions, and discover resources that can help strengthen vocation culture in your own community. You'll leave with ideas you can adapt and put into action when you return home.
Be Renewed in Your Own Calling
The Summit is more than a conference—it's an opportunity to step away from the busyness of ministry and spend time with the Lord. Through Mass, prayer, and fellowship, you'll be renewed in your own vocation and encouraged to continue inviting others to listen for God's call.

A culture of vocations isn't built by one person. It grows when pastors, vocation directors, parish staff, teachers, campus ministers, religious, lay leaders, parents, and volunteers all share the mission of helping others hear and respond to God's call.
That's why we encourage you to bring a team.
The work of promoting vocations belongs to the whole Church. When more people embrace that mission, the impact reaches far beyond a single office—it transforms parishes, schools, families, and communities for years to come.
